At MRJewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your jewelry back into its original MRJewels presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, our gemologists will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.
